When looking for a house or property what is your dream? HOA will limit you on what you may want to do or may not want other people doing around you. Are you someone that wants chickens or do you not want the early wake up call for the barn yard. Do you like to store that trailer or RV on the property or are you one of those that don’t want to see that kind of stuff on your block. Storing fees can get pricy and will need to take that into account when looking for a place.
Chat with your agent, open up to your extra activities to better help you and work through those dreams of can/cannot, do/don’t based on the HOA in your preferred location.
