You can do a new build or a manufactured home OR is there a neighborhood you like so much are you willing to do some knock and talk.
What do I mean by knock and talk? Put on your walking shoes and knock on a few doors in your desired area and see if the owner/owners are considering selling or would consider selling to you. When thinking about this process does this make it a buyer or sellers market?
