With today’s environment rates are moving around like the leaves in the trees on a windy day. Always it is very important to know what your purchasing power is. Make sure you are checking in with your Mortgage Broker on a weekly basis. You don’t want to be surprised as you make that offer and end up with a much higher payment than expected because those rates have changed. Also, by checking in with your Mortgage Broker you can always see what is new or upcoming in programs that might help adjust those unexpected payments.
